Great Hudson River Swim

Memorial Day weekend marks the start of summer — and the Summer Swim Series, which begins with the Lady Liberty Swim in New York Harbor. This one-miler is a great kickoff to your open water season and, thanks to the morning start, still allows a nice long weekend to hit the beach and barbecues.

After the swim, plan to enjoy an informal, pay-as-you-go brunch at the nearby Steamer's Landing.

--- or ---

All pool certifications and qualifying swim information must be received by NYC Swim at least 14 days prior to the date of the race (no later than May 10, 2008). Swimmers who enroll after May 10th must submit their qualification information to NYC Swim within 24 hours of enrollment. Participants' qualifications will not be accepted, reviewed or approved on race day.
